No. Trade applications are reviewed by Sleep Design Beds before full trade pricing and ordering access is granted.

We ask for company and contact details, company registration information where applicable, business type, the products you are interested in and your expected order volumes.

Our team reviews the business information provided. If approved, the appropriate trade access can then be assigned to the company account.

Approved customers sign in using the business email associated with their company account and follow the secure customer account sign-in process.

Yes. Businesses can generate a temporary viewing code to access our secure, view-only trade price preview before receiving full trade account approval.

No. A viewing code only unlocks the secure trade price preview. It does not provide trade purchasing access. Ordering at trade prices is available only to approved company accounts signed in through Shopify customer accounts.

Yes. Trade catalogue and trade price preview prices are shown including VAT. The displayed price is the VAT-inclusive price.

Pricing available to a company can depend on the products, quantities, commercial arrangements and the catalogue assigned to that approved business.

Larger quantities, project orders and bespoke requirements may be reviewed separately where appropriate.

For eligible deliveries in England, our standard distance-based delivery bands are: within 20 miles of our Batley dispatch base — free; over 20 to 50 miles — £50; over 50 to 100 miles — £75; and over 100 miles — £135. Delivery availability is confirmed from the delivery address entered at checkout.

The delivery address entered at checkout is used to calculate the applicable distance-based delivery charge from our Batley dispatch base. Standard website delivery is currently available for eligible addresses in England. Larger or unusual orders may require separate confirmation.

Yes. Eligible standard orders delivered within 20 miles of our Batley dispatch base qualify for free local delivery.

Yes. Collection can be arranged free of charge from our Batley factory, strictly by prior arrangement. Please contact Sleep Design Beds before travelling so we can confirm that your order is ready and arrange a suitable collection time.

No. Please do not travel to collect an order until the collection has been confirmed by our team.

They can be. Larger quantities, bulk orders, hotel or property projects and other unusual delivery requirements may require a separate quotation or tailored delivery arrangements.

Our trade range is being expanded across mattresses, divan beds, ottoman beds, headboards, bases and accessories. Products currently available for trade are shown in the wholesale range and secure trade price preview, with additional products added as they become ready.

Yes. Approved trade orders require a minimum of 20 qualifying units. Mattresses, beds and bases can count towards the minimum and may be mixed in the same order. Headboards and accessories can be added to a trade order but do not count towards the 20 qualifying units.

Yes. Larger quantity and bulk enquiries can be discussed separately with our team where required.

Yes. We welcome enquiries for hospitality, property, landlord and development requirements where larger or project-based supply is needed.
