All deliveries are made to your door only.

  • Ensure items are handed over safely

Our delivery team will not enter your property under any circumstances unless you have purchased an assembly service at the time of placing your order.

If assembly has been purchased:

  • Our team may enter the property strictly for the purpose of assembling the product
  • Access must be safe and clear

3. Assembly Service (If Purchased)

Where an assembly service is selected and paid for at checkout:

  • Our team will deliver and assemble the product in your chosen room
  • Customers must ensure there is adequate space and access
  • We are not responsible for delays or inability to assemble due to restricted access

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • We will aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe provided at checkout or confirmation

Delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic or logistical issues
  • Weather conditions

5. Delivery Requirements

You must inspect your items upon delivery.

  • Missing
