14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from delivery to return your item.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Mattresses must remain in sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
Custom-made or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refund Process:
Refunds processed within 5-7 working days of receiving returned item.
Original payment method will be credited.
Return collection can be arranged charges may apply.
